These terms govern the use of the Twenty app and the purchase of the services offered, provided by Fabien Astruc, micro-entrepreneur (a French sole trader), 3 rue Anatole France, 34000 Montpellier, France ("we"). By using the App you accept them.
1. The service
Twenty is a digital disposable camera:
- A roll has 20 frames.
- Photos are taken "blind": the App does not show you your photos (no preview, no gallery). This is intentional and is an essential feature of the service.
- To see your photos you "develop" the roll: you pay, your photos are printed by our partner lab (Familink, in Rouen) and mailed to you as physical prints at the address you provide.
- Optional services: cloud backup, subscription, gift cards, referrals, rolls shared with friends.
2. Account
Sign-in is via Apple or Google only (no password). You are responsible for the use of your account and the accuracy of the information you provide (especially the delivery address).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 15 (parental consent required for minors).
4. Prices and payment
- The applicable prices are those shown in the App at the time of the order, in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (VAT-exempt small business).
- For information and subject to change: developing a roll €14.99 (Pass Club+ member €12.99); free shipping to mainland France and Monaco, +€1.99/roll for French overseas territories and international; Pass Club+ subscription €12.99/month or €142.89/year; gift card €14.99 (member €12.99).
- The price charged is the one shown and confirmed in the App before payment.
- Payment via Stripe (Apple Pay supported). Orders paid with credits/gift cards/coupons may not go through Stripe.
5. Delivery
- Prints are produced by our partner lab and shipped to the address provided.
- Service area: European Union (OSS scheme) only — France, Monaco, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal.
- Print format: 10×15 cm.
- Delivery times depend on the lab and the postal carrier; we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Order status is available in the App.
6. Right of withdrawal
- Personalised photo prints: under Art. L221-28(4) of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — which is the case for prints made from your own photos. A develop order is therefore final once payment is confirmed.
- Pass Club+ subscription: you have a 14-day withdrawal period. If you request immediate performance (e.g. to obtain the monthly credit right away), you acknowledge that, on withdrawal, the amount for the service already provided may remain due.
- Gift cards: withdrawal possible within 14 days as long as the code has not been redeemed.
7. Refunds and failed orders
If an order cannot be produced or shipped due to a technical problem on our side, we refund it. The system automatically detects and flags stuck orders so a refund can be issued. For any issue, write to [email protected].
8. Subscription
Pass Club+ has no commitment: you can pause, resume or cancel it at any time from the App or the Stripe customer portal. Benefits continue until the end of the period already paid; started periods are not refunded.
9. Your photos and content
- You remain the owner of your photos. You grant us a limited licence, strictly necessary to store, process and transmit your photos to the lab in order to provide the service (printing, backup, sharing that you initiate).
- You warrant that you hold the rights to the content you capture and agree not to use the service for unlawful content. We may refuse or stop processing manifestly unlawful content.
10. Social features
Shared rolls and adding friends work by invitation/code. When a roll is shared, its 20 frames form a common pool; only the creator pays and receives the prints. Behave respectfully and only invite people who consent.
11. Availability and liability
We strive to keep the service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount of the relevant order. Nothing here limits liability where the law prohibits it. Your statutory consumer rights (legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects) remain fully applicable.
12. Intellectual property
The App, the Site, the "Twenty" brand and their content (other than your photos) are protected and remain our property or that of our licensors.
13. Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms; the version that applies is the one in force on the day of your order. Significant changes will be communicated to you.
14. Governing law, mediation and disputes
- These terms are governed by French law.
- Consumer mediation: in accordance with Art. L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The contact details of the competent consumer mediator are available on request at [email protected].

- Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
